Ok.....Womans footy, never been a big fan as they never seem to play properly...but some have some nice bouncy bits....anyways i digress.....was watching the Womens world cup this afternoon and they showed a picture of the crowd and the commentater said...

These aren't the WAGS these are the MAD BAP's......made me chuckle....Apparently stands for Mums And Dads Boyfriends And Partners.

Also slightly Off Topic shouldn't WAG's really be WOG's ? Wives Or Girlfriends....surely a player wouldn't bring a Wife And Girlfriend to the match !!

I guessed that was the "Partners" bit !!

At least some of the english women looked sha**able....I think ALL the germans were munters.....hate fcuk would be ok though i suppose.

to take the thread seriously, I think the standard of the football is pretty good, but one thing definitely sets it apart from mens football

The goalkeepers are absolutely awful!! They don't move across the goal quick enough for one, aren't big enough to get to free kicks (hence some of the 'spectacular' goals that I've seen) and the Argie keeper was the one main reason women will never play alongside men in the same league

according to the commentator at the England v Argies match the other day... the England back 4 didnt want to be penetrated all afternoon!!

what i want to know is, how the hell did he know??
