Hi guys, I put this into a different part of the forum but didn't get a reply :S so thought I'd give it a shot here :

Pure and simple, what is the salary for a WSOp during and after basic training?

I ask because the info on the website says up to £30k per year including flying pay, which isn't far off the Officers salary. So I'm just a little confused by that and I would assume that there are promotional opportunities to take you above and beyond the 30k.

Sorry if the question that's ignorant and blunt, just trying to get some answers that I couldn't get out the AFCO!
