Does anyone know how Youtube comes up with the "preview" picture of the video (before you press play?) Is it a certain frame after a certain time? If you look at multiple videos of the same thing, all the same length, the preview image is different in each. Perhaps it's random?

I'm wondering if I can choose what it is, or not.

It's a picture of exactly halfway through the video. If they are of exactly the same thing, they may be slightly different length and causing the picture to be somewhat different.
