Zen Stone help?

Anybody got a creative zen stone? I can't seem to transfer music from the wifes stone to my laptop, any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Or is it just not possible?

Have you got the software installed? If it's connecting thru USB and the drivers ain't there - it won't work - heres the downloads page link from creative:
