To remove the snow.

I can only do it for Firefox.

Install the adblock add-on.
Restart FF.
Tools>Adblock Preferences>Add Filter
Paste this - http://www.e-goat.co.uk/forums/snow.js
Click ok.
Reload the page and there should be no snow.
