As a fellow ex two banana, what comes back should at least pay for my holiday next month, and lack of any meaningful pay rise for this year.

I have had a letter back from them saying the information has been passed on to the pension people to accurately work out the figures and they will get back to me.

What does the actual letter look like? Few sums and a return slip that says I want to stay/I want to go and a return address envelope?

Lots of numbers battered about - the most helpful page is the "Overview" where you can work out how much difference between the 2 schemes at SPA and how much you're owed (back pay/interest/total)

I got my letter today and I left 10 Nov 2020.
They have to have sent it to you by 01 Apr 25 and you get 12 months from the date of your letter to respond.
Ignore and they simply assume you want to switch back to AFPS75 as that then satisfies the Judgement.
I've sent it on to the FPS as although I've a fair assessment of it, I just want to confirm things before I decide.

I think I've mentioned before, there is no method of equiniti paying anyway, so don't hold your breath.

Nope. Not holding my breath it will be any time soon, it's earmarked already for holiday in 2026 by her inside. If we haven't had payments by then goodness only knows.
