No offence to the other shineys on here..............but being where I was at the time I felt it in my best interest to go to the shiney shop and make sure that it was sorted. Just phone calls and forms dont work sometimes (esp here), needs a spot of face to face business to ensure it isnt left in someones in tray whilst they are OOA etc etc!
