The NHS employs over a million people from all walks of life, right across the country. I'd say they are an excellent barometer of what people think. Or maybe that they simply represent views that you disagree with?

The NHS as an organisation follow Government policy just the way the armed forces do.

As individuals they have no say in the organisation policy so, unless you know the thoughts of ALL individuals within a the organisation you cannot use the name of the organisation as an example.

Do all of the NHS staff really promote some of the woke drivel or do many/most of them do the same as the rest of us? Treat people as individuals, accept them for who they are and ignore the B's coming from 'advisers' with an axe to grind?

Christ, a load of you need to find more important things to care about.

I'm transgender and these changes are very clearly aimed at people like me. If I were to serve, it would be no different to anyone else - what's the harm in making a change to allow me to perform at my best?

That being said, these new names are stupid lol, why not just give the choice of aircraftsman/woman/aviator? They've done the aviator bit already, why abandon it?
