At least our guys can answer a phone and either deal with the call or transfer it to the person its meant for. In my experience of Scopie Assistants some of them have a hard time even working a telephone. :p
 
So air tragic assistants never c**k up of course! Maybe I'm only nitpicking when I recollect that on several occasions a handover reaches it's climax with an incorrect radar service. Small error really that anyone can make .... often. If your so proficient at using the telephone then ensure your not talking cobblers! :rolleyes:
 
Sounds like I'm being influenced by the force. Or should that be the farce. :p

Pay 1ACC a visit, JFAC, 16AABde, 16 Regt RA or any of the 10 NATO CAOCs and you'll get an idea and then perhaps if you throw in 8 and 23 Sqn you get an overall impression of what we do. And if you want to see what goes on at the CRC you should have seen the BBC 10 O'Clock News a few weeks back.

And before I forget there's Fylingdales and Spadeadam as well! :p
