Paloma Faith and the lead singer from Scouting for Girls have recently covered it as well. That was on Jo Wileys show I think.
 
Well having just watched the vid I can honestly say it was cr@p! No wonder every now and then somebody gets it into his head to get a gun and wipe out a shopping street! He had prolly been driven to it by some out of tune junkie and a wailing harpy ginger bint!

You are Welsh

No it's not - you are wrong. Stick it on your record player and listen again, it's an all-time classic. The only other song that comes anywhere close is Barry Manilow's version of Jingle Bells. These songs are on a completely different level to the usual rubbish.

I refuse to accept that any crimbo song comes close to Fairy tale of NY. Anyone who says otherwise is wrong. The songs you like, make me think that you like flowers and shopping.
