TG17 Cpl scored 211 points and the boundary was 218. This meant that they fell into the 5% lower discretionary boundary of 96.8%

TG18 Cpl scored 214 points and again the boundary was 218 this meant they fell into the 5% lower discretionary boundary of 98.2%

What are you trying to say Skeedledee, as the boundary was 218 neither TG should be in the Higher Payband? That should save a few quid.

2. Why did it take 18 months to promulgate the decision to TG18 and only 5 months for TG17
