It's now policy within manning not to release the preboard gradings until after the board has been ratified.Don't want people getting their hopes up.

Or don't want A grades finding out they missed out yet B grades get it....All who you know.
Anyone know the 'Specialist Member' this time?
Wondered if it's just gonna be wing focused again? or 1RS focused?

I'm not hoping for anything, i've only got 2.5 years left, so what's the point, especially with the cull that's going on.
I just want to know if i can put my moving plans back in action, but i supppose i could wait another month.
