I must've missed that bit! It's harsh for the people forced to pay it back though, as it could have been avoided by adding one more question to the JPA application form.

Don't get me started on that. When a few of us were sent up to Glasgow for a few weeks 2 years ago to bail JPAC out of the mess they had got themselves into we told them the questions on the application were poorly worded and incomplete. We even told them what questions they should be asking. They agreed and said they would include it in Release 4 (the first big amendment after Army rollout). Guess what?
