Go for it Gem, thats really impressive (bloody good thing I've got a job now isn't it!!!)

Sorry for the delay but t the last weigh in I was 15lbs down from my start weight. The scales now start with a slende 17 st and a few pounds. Next target is to get them starting with 16 before I go on holiday mid May.

I have lost 3 inches from my still considerable waist and another half inch means more holes in the belt will have to be made.:PDT_Xtremez_14:

Be careful not to fall down any grids...........:PDT_Xtremez_31:
Well done, I know how difficult it is. I had to lose a couple of stone when we found out I had angina.

Keep going..............it's worth it.:PDT_Xtremez_28:

How the fcuk did you know about that............???:S

Off Topic SB has a bigger one, sort of one a leather clad wannabe motorcyclist with big gloves and a big leather hat and likes the Navy would have:PDT_Xtremez_15: .Off Topic

Well done Gem, proud of you dear, keep up the good work and I hope you're starting to feel the benefits of the weight loss. At least you were until Cpt Slog tried to send you off this mortal coil :0

SB, he's letting me use one of his computers :PDT_Xtremez_27:

Keep it going Gem,

Can I ask what you are doing to promote the loss of your weight ? I.E Change in eating/drinking, going to gym (how many times a week) etc.

Just wondering because as I said when you started I needed to shed some as well.

I have lost 9.5 Kg and currently at 104Kg....need to be less than 100 (95 if poss) for my next medical in dec/Jan.

But all i have done is change my diet (when away !!) and i suppose do a bit more physical work.......keep getting nagged at to go to the gym but after 12 hour shifts every day (for 5 weeks) I just can't be arsed........I really need to but need some motivation.......Go on tell me it works !!!!!!!!!! (and no we got no females to ogle....just 1 onboard and shes on other shift)

Crack on.....................:PDT_Xtremez_09:

I don't weigh in every week but only once a month. Small changes in diet the biggest being cutting down the red meat and increasing the amount of fish. One take away a month and 5 trips to the gym a week.

Because of the old ticker my exercise is very low level and programmed intoo some magic computer in the gym. I have seen a marked imporovement in my pwersonal fitness though I now burn over 500 calories per session compared to when I started burning only 280. My BMI has dropped 5 points from the end of January.

I can't see much difference but people who haven't seen me for a while can. I'm off tothe hospital next Thursday for a weigh in, progress report then.

The gym I go to has wall to wall totty that helps, nothing keeps you going to the gym more than sharing the saunas and jacuzzis with the lycra clad beauties. Ilike Tuesday evenings best, that is when the 3 Russian lesbian prostiutes get in for their night off, it is a wonder they don't get pregnant juist getting in the jacuzzi:PDT_Xtremez_30:

See thats what I need...any chance of asking them to join a seismic company as fitness gurus......enough blokes to give them a good work out daily !!!!!

Good to hear you doing well........and i am about the same in loss of BMI....(was over 40 at start)

Well let us know how you do at next weigh in and it must be time for some cash towards your charity !

Crack on...................:PDT_Xtremez_09:

P.S. Think yourself lucky...those lezzers maybe after a scapgoat...doubt if they'll think an old knacker is capable

No further loss to report unfortunately but on the other hand no gains either. A couple of weeks on holiday followed by a 2 week return Food management has seen my weight remain static. Next weigh in in 2 weeks.

Have to be end of the month dude but pm me an address and will chuck a £20 postal order in the post, best of luck, sometimes we all need to stand back and count our blessings, again best of luck and stick at it!!!!!!:PDT_Xtremez_30:
