Thanks for the gen, I'll try that blue suit family liason route (if I can find out who it is). I have everything including the JSP chapter & verse on email as it is the only way I can communicate directly with these people.

Try the HIVE, they will know who and where he/she is.

Amendment date after the complaint date means it still stands. Moving the goal posts mid complaint should not be a get out.
