Ok. I used to be the HR Manager for the RAF's biggest MT Unit (155 drivers). They were a very rank-conscious group, where what you wear on your shoulders matters more than what is inside your head. If you can handle being spoken to like you are a kid by someone half your age, then you'll be ok.
