Have heard from various people that there will be 50 promotions and no more.

Nothing official yet, maybe manning are waiting to see what will happen with redundancies TG4-wise, hence nothing on the website. They might then up the number to the original quota, who knows.

I don't think there will be that many going by the manning reports on trade numbers. SAC's and cpl's are undermanned. How that will change when stations close and numbers drop I don't know.

TG4 will just d1ck out on redundencies again just like a few years ago, and unruly who has seen fit to promote you? I've seen your work 1st hand and it is well shoddy, also i've 5 grand burning a hole in my back pocket ready to buy ur car lol

rumour from the desk is it'll be lucky to get into the mid 40's. But they will know more in April time.

I came off 10th, sent to Northwood :S for end of Feb, some nice courses going to waste in that move!

I know they got to 28, just had there date, lucky for them they get to stay!

Have been told 30 released, wait out until April when results of SDSR and redundancies known.

Does anyone know yet how many they are planning to promote number 65 got his offer last week

they have promoted over 75 so far and I believe they are promoting another 20 in Aug/Sept

Total promotion prediction 81 on manning monthly bulletin. What this equates to the numbers on the list depends on how many people have turned it down or ruled themselves out for other reasons.
