I wonder what would happen if you threatened to go to the papers with the problem? Would they get their ar*es in gear or would you just drop yourself in the sh*te?

Already been in it, say no more. :PDT_Xtremez_28:

A long story and it involves JPA issues.

depends what they wrote, and it'll be... another forces pay problem in the press.

I think he just needs to get to PSF and get someone there to sort it out. If he hasnt been paid, then PSF will arrange for this until the JPA problem is resolved.

As hard as it can be sometimes, getting frantic and angry and being calm and listening to what they've got to say, also asking any questions on anything you dont understand and a full explanation of the action they will take, helps. Easier said than done, but you have to bear in mind you want them to help you, going in with all guns blazing, wont get you anywhere, and after all it wont be the poor clk on the recieving ends fault.

The PSF guys/gals always get treated with respect, even the ones on the end of the telephone in Glasgow, no point in taking out my frustrations on them.

That's what a hockey ball is for.

Apologies, probably didn't make myself clear. I didn't mean telling psf, from my experiences they're just as badly affected and pi**ed off as the rest of us. I meant informing one of the supervisors at jpac, after getting there name, that you've had enough and unless the issue is sorted asap you'll be e-mailing the national press.

One of our lads has twice been posted to another unit and had his allowances taken back (He's living in a AMQ used as SLA with no mess nearby). Last month he got £200 is pay!!!!!! I've just found that I've been posted as an Acting Sgt to Henlow, How come???? I've signed on to LOS 30 and done ILMC, TMT2 and TG4 assim months ago and have done over 22 years service!!!

i dont think i would be brave enough to name and shame! but yes we get the same bullsh!t answers you guys do. I called to report an IT problem at the JPAC and was told to consult my e user guide or complete the self service e learning.... im sure they dont listen when you clearly state I AM UNIT HR, its like banging your head on a brick wall!
