i must say, what doesn't help the raf is the bl*ody uniform. skirts and blouses (old style but coming back in!) not too bad, but those horrendous round neck jumpers. they're awful. appears to add an inch to your hips and waist area. and knowing what the general opinion on wrafs is, we dont need that apparent extra inch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont mind wearing the uniform as it is, but please will they make the shirts/blouses etc out of cotton again. the majority polyester mix is really bad. gives the shirts a life of about 2 or 3 months, not 2 or 3 years like it used to!!

Whilst they might give the few with figures a better look good facter It won't help the less fortunate ones!!!!

Another good reason to go to PSF then....just don't get caught looking.
Having just had the joy of going to an Army barracks where the lasses wear tight black tops while clearing out the horse stables, doesn't leave a lot to imagine for the top half anyway!

Ahh yes, many moons ago when I was a lot younger, many a happy day glancing at the girls at their desks. Oh happy days!

You should grab a gander at these lovelies - the current contestants for "Miss Red Star" (Russian armed forces newspaper). And yes (apart from the very last one) they are all serving in the Russian forces...!

Gone are the days when they looked like Olga from the Volga and yer amateur hairy shotputter...
