i wasn't the first person to talk about it :PDT_Xtremez_42::S

i was just saying it cause someone said united were better and always have been since the begginging of the era

He was talking about the other Manchester team Pie!

Only one team in Machester, the red scum are in Trafford, bit like saying West brom is in Birmingham, just because they're next to each other doesnt mean they share the same city. Why do you think most united fans get lost when they try to find Old Trafford in manchester. They should stick to chelsea or arsenal, closer to home for them anyway

I know it was only Pompey, but 6 nil!!! Things can only get better?

:PDT_Xtremez_42:

Would like to think so, but also not expecting it every week, it would be nice though.

Good to see Jo and Robinho getting on the score sheet as well as SWP, all of them doing what they were paid massive amounts to do. Bring on the Scum would be nice to get another 6 points this season from them
:PDT_Xtremez_28:.

Pity i've got David James and a Pompey defender in my dream team. Oh, and I managed to pick two City players in my team who didn't manage to score today. I suck at fantasy footie this season :(

Yeah i got David James and Glen Johnson in my team, but i also have SWP and Robinho so that has worked out nicely.

Just seen MOTD 2 and City were pretty damn good with some nice fancy footwork from Robinho and then from SWP.

Good to see Sparky wearing the blue tie of City, must hurt the red sh!te to see that.

I guess so far we have got better value for money and done well not getting Burkatov (sorry berbatov).

FAT KNOBHEAD......nough said.

So, it seems that Kaka's heart is still in Milan, he didn't want to be part of a circus act, he didn't think City were ready from him, City were dithering too long over the contract. Perm any one of those excuses but it seems this morning as if this mega-mega-bucks deal has been binned. And Robinho has flounced off back to Brazil to boot. But on the bright side dressing room splitter Craig Bellamy has singed for £14 million. If someone could tame the temperament of this individual they may be able to get a few years good service out of talented player. As it is, Hughes better keep the golf clubs locked away.
So what excatly should City do now? Go in search of another world superstar, or lower their sights somewhat? Surely they should look to build their squad in a steady, stable manner with established players to get them up the table and keep them there and THEN go for the finishing touches with the Kakas, Messis, Torreses or whoever?

Trouble is, without Champions League football, Man City are going to struggle to bring in the big stars, regardless of how much money they can throw at them. Like has been said they need to build the foundations, establish a stable squad, then try and attract the big names. Now that Kaka has turned down the transfer it sends out the wrong kind of signal for Man City to the rest of the footballing world , they have the money but can we take them seriously? The way I see it, the way they are going about it at the moment just leaves them with egg on their face. Oh, and I think 14M for Bellamy is crazy!
(For the record, I'm a Villa Fan by the way!)
