MTDS on the Wing

MTDS on the Wing

Complete and utter robbery!! JNCO MTDs on the wing do nothing apart from ponce around their little section. Thinking they are nuts playing pool! They send the lads out to do the work and sit back and do nought! Apart from chopper who is great. Stacker Cpls on TSW are worth 10 Cpl mtds. Ireland dodging ******ers!! Yes i was on the wing as a Cpl and never saw a Det Cmdr from MT at Kirkcudbright!! :PDT_Xtremez_43:

IMHO, all FS and WO should be on the same pay scales, regardless of trade. Once you hit those ranks you are, basically an adminer. Duties, Bo11ockings, Counseling et al.

...dragging unwilling airmen out on booze fuelled frenzys of debauchery when all they want to do is stay in their rooms and be nice, respectable, quiet boys.

So in that case ALL Wo's should be duly recognised. WO FFTR at BZN has 93 service fftrs, its the largest fire station in the UK, across all brigades.

Except for Croydon, which has 92, plus 3 borough teams, training and protective group.
