Complete and utter robbery!! JNCO MTDs on the wing do nothing apart from ponce around their little section. Thinking they are nuts playing pool! They send the lads out to do the work and sit back and do nought! Apart from chopper who is great. Stacker Cpls on TSW are worth 10 Cpl mtds. Ireland dodging ******ers!! IMHO, all FS and WO should be on the same pay scales, regardless of trade. Once you hit those ranks you are, basically an adminer. Duties, Bo11ockings, Counseling et al.
