NVQ Assessors, do they trainspot aswell?

Does anyone else get as excited as me when the NVQ assessors are inbound. Or do you play hide and seek when they are about?
 
I am an assessor, run fcuker.

The other option is to do the course yourself and they wont come!

whether you have done it is not the issue, if you are in favour then I gave you option 1 to cast a vote with! Unless you dont see the value in NVQ yourself?
 
Can I plead the fifth amendment? The new NVQ is much better than the last one; whether it has value, who knows!

Hence me adding the 4th option :PDT_Xtremez_25:
 
Yes you little pleader! I concede that the new "improved" NVQ has more relevance and a better turn round rate than the previous iteration. Actually the ones I have seen complete it have turned it a lot quicker than the old one.

Don't know about you ops poofs, but the blokes that do it in TG1 and 2 are generally specky geeks with bad complexions. The invariably still live with their parents, and are probably on the sex offenders register. They would be the last bloke picked for the footy team, and the team that had him was always gutted, and made them stand in goal.

I know that they would have been bullied at school, cos if they were in school with me I’d have bullied them. They had sex once 10 years ago, with the fat greasy bird that cooks burgers in the NAFFI, and because of that think they are gods gift to women.

Apart from that they’re good lads

Saying that - mines even fookin worse and I was thin, must have been a concave lense of the camera.
 
NVQ ? - Absolutely irrelevant, as well as a waste of time, money and resoucres. Those at Shawbury would be better serving this Trade by activtvely pursuing some civilian acrreditation with regards to the Flt Ops Course, (not the Officer one up the road though). Instead I'am plagued no doubt like every other Fom with portfolios, witness statement and the occassional visit from the centre who are somewhat suprise when the victim, sorry candidate is on PODL, OOA, or simpley sleeping off nights.
NVQ ? - TO THE KNACKERS YARD ASAP !

There has been a lot of changes recently, both to the NVQ and the staff.
I know the team there, and they are all good blokes (and girl). Hard working, knowledgeable, proffessional, helpful, qualified and well payed (AIP for A1 qual)!
They strive to give the new people in our trade a free, recognised civilian aviation qualification, (something most of us don't have) without to much pain and suffering to both the student or their line managers!
I can say that whilst they are all thorougly proffesional and focused on delivering excellence, in what is a minefield of civilian rules and regulations, they remain normal, funny, physically fit, devilshly handsome, able to go OOA (you know who you are), non nerdy, group of all round good, experienced guys.
General Slim - as for your comments, anytime you want to discuss your misguided and out of date thoughts with the Centre staff, I am sure they would love to speak to you, alternativley as they know now who you are
(thank you mole), they might pop in and see you. After their visit, see if you think they are a nerdy bunch of irrelevant geeks that need to go to the nackers yard. Good luck.
