Payband review

  • Following weeks of work, the E-GOAT team are delighted to present to you a new look to the forums with plenty of new features. Take a look around and see what you think!
Robby weren't you on the razzle with the Trade Sponsor last week....maybe you should have asked her then or her replacement.....ply the Ladies with booze and smooze???? Just a thought!

OK yes I was out on a tour of the watering holes of St Ives last week, showing a few of the Trade WO's the best bars and giving my opinions to anyone who would listen (granted not many after the 3rd repeat!)
I was also told the latest announcement date is Sept, the Movers have also been told Sept by their Trade Sponsor. I guess we just have to wait and see:PDT_Xtremez_09:

Good lad Robby! Where was my invite ay? Remembered!

It's total bollocks again isn't it from the AFPRB?
When I were a lad....a Corporal Supplier was paid less than JT.
Bugger all has changed has it?
When are the clowns (and I hate clowns!) going to realise that the JT rank (or whatever fancy title they have now!) is still junior to that of a Corporal, irrespective of trade!
Don't blame the Adminers, blame those idiots in the Supply trade who will fight to increase their own pay scales, but not those of the guys who do the job for them.

Hate clowns hey!

Back off topic...

couldn't agree more, why should the training, ability and responceability of a JT mean higher wages than a Admin/Supplier/Cook/MT driver Cpl. Only fair the Cpl earns the appropiate wages because they've done a few weeks at Halton and Cosford, right.

Good luck to the suppliers by the way. The more trades earning the same the better. Techie trades are dead anyway.
