Looking on the ACOS web I see the Sgt-FS board next month has now jumped all the way up from 1 to 2. That should get things moving.

Now a ACOS manning would say "Promotion isn't bad we've just increased Sgt to Flt Sgt by 100% so the promotion flow is doubled."
