I got told it's being finalised for 1200Z on Friday so people can find out before they go on leave. My UCA has decided to go on leave from the 14th so I can't find out until after Christmas :PDT_Xtremez_25:

The board finished at 1100 today.

I don't know if it's been ratified yet (and put on UCAP) but it will be by tomorrow at the latest.

It's just become apparent that one of the board members has been PM'ng Candidates using E-Goat, if i discover this is true he is going against what he/she was briefed at Air, disclosing sensitive information etc, this is not on at all.

Sounds like someone could be in the crap then!

i take it that if true it would automatically lead to disciplinary action?! At least I should bloody well hope so.

It also imples the board member may have taken personal opinions into account too. Jobs for his mates.
This is the reason it should be an impartial agency not someone who may know a large number of the trade personally or through contacts. The board should be called null and a reboard with new members.
 
I will wait to the New year and talk to the candidate, dot all the i's so to speak and make sure they were not motor boating on face book and to me!

I got a private message from one of the other SAC's in my office on facebook telling me my grade and telling me that I wasn't getting promoted this year.My civilian line manager didn't even call me or email to let me know the results in any way shape all form. so it doesn't surprise me that some one is PM'ng on here as well it seems to be the norm now that sensitive informations is leaked quicker than $h1t out of my ar$e after a spicy curry!!

WTF?!?!

If people have been found to be utilizing facebook and pm's on here to give peoples positions, what are the ramifications? will the board re-sit?

I know it still remains to be proven - all I can say is it wasn't me :)
