Unfortunately after p**sing off the 2-bananas who were told they were on the PSL, looks like the SAC's are following suit. Quota cut to 31. :PDT_Xtremez_09:

If they had been released to the PSL then they would be used next time. You will find that they had come inside the quota - there is a huge difference.
 
Currently away and have no access. Anyone know how many Cpl's they want this year, i'm sure it must of gone down from 90!:PDT_Xtremez_09:

The board completes on wednesday if i'm correct from the manning website. Anyone out there been told if they are close to the top, i know of one guy at brize who has been told he is high up the scoring.

Since the board makes that decision, there is no way he can know how close to the top he is!
 
I am new to this but rather than there being a number of rumours about what the numbers are, here it is from the "Horses Mouth"! -

The board has now been ratified, and is on Apollo.

The quota is 31 and there are 18 immediate releases.

Call the Chief Clerk, get him to look on the Apollo Portal and stop bleating on about it here.

I bet you have a high score for initiative, effective intelligence and judgement!
 
Not tired at all, this guy wants his tapes and can't understand that it is far easier to get it from the horse's mouth - (not saying she is a horse honest) than it is to go on rumour and conjecture off here.

Needs to wake up and smell the coffee!

Sorry forgive me, i thought this place at times gave sound advice/truth from people who know. Wish it was that easy just to phone but some of us don't always have that privillage ******

I could start another name on here and say oi fcuk knuckle, I am 110 and I am promoted, what sort of useful info is that? It is your career we are talking about, yet you cannot be arsed to contact those that can help. It took you longer to type that last loads of bollox than it would to pick up the phone! Or let me guess, you would like them to call you? Lazy cnut

Ok, look, i ask a question and got a useless reply. Learnt my lesson. Been on courses and on nights, was last on days in work back in july. Had other things going on, just though i'd chance my luck for a quick reply during quiet time.

Thing is though as I think SSH is trying to point out on here that you can not find out who is promoted or not on here especially if you think it could be you. This site is very good for service gen, having a laugh and venting yourself but what's the point on coming on here to find out if your promoted.

Do yourself a favour and ask the Chief Clk or in fact give your sqn WO a ring. Even if he cant find out he will know a man who can that's why they have reached the dizzy heights of WO!!

Being on nights/courses/leave is no excuse as it takes 2 seconds to make a phone call.
 
All this angst and rumour really frustrates me when it is so easy to let people know where they stand.

Two weeks ago I asked all my SNCOs for the names of people who they thought would feature.

Yesterday morning I found out that the ratified list was on Apollo. It took me 10 minutes to cross check one list against the other.

Within 2 hours everyone knew where they stood.

Just use the bloody system that exists, instead of trying to invent your own.

I fully support the system and process you have used; this was done similarly at my area and has proved successful.

This is obviously not the case at certain units where concern has been stressed that its like getting blood from a stone and a more proactive stance on obtaining the required info is needed ; this is based on comments from individuals at MOB's.

The flow of information is highly critical at such a stressful period for our airmen & airwomen.
 
Well proof is in the pudding, I just rang my FS at work (I'm on leave aswell) and he knew straight off the top of his head where I was on the board. So to them who are coming on here to find out go and ring your higer archy.. it takes 2 seconds and if they have anything about them they will already know your answers.
 
A few names have began to filter through from the PSB.
