Maybe this statement a few posts above yours should add some clarity to your legitimate arguments




I don't know how it is in the RAF nowadays, but you should have an equivelant of an accountability manager (should be OC Eng) who is responsible to ensure that all procedures are carried out iaw the AMM and any deviations are fully sanctioned and recorded.

There are moves within the Service now for Human Factors to be given more thought, the "break the chain" message. It still takes cahunas at the shop floor to say no, but cahunas you must have. (what whatever the female equivalent of cahunas is, Poss cahunish)
