Ladies and Gents,

A team of individuals from 238 Squadron Line at Cosford (LTF in old money), including myself, are taking part in this years annual charity Dragon Boat race in aid of the Severn Hospice to be held in Shrewsbury on 26th June. To add a bit of spice to the event we have taken the decision, be it brave or we just have issues we need to address, to do the event dressed as nurses.

I have an extra incentive to help raise money for this good cause due to events that took place over the last few months. Mrs Techie used to work for the hospice up until recently when she lost a short battle with cancer in Feb this year aged 33. From diagnosis to passing they gave all the help and support possible, no different really from what anyone else accessing the hospice would have got. Although the Hospice is partly funded by the PCT they rely heavily on charitable donations to continue their good work.

If you could take the time to follow the link to my just giving page and if you want to donate then please feel free.

Best of luck boys - hope you raise a fortune, have a great day and remember to enjoy yourselves

You going to pop along Hu? I'll front you a beer if you promise not to look at my arse.
The thought of you in a nurses uniform has already given me a semi and I'm not even Gay but if I'm honest it's your Tits I think of - If I can borrow Gems Salmon Polo Shirt I might pop along if "I'm Free":PDT_Xtremez_30:

Sorry but I don't have a salmon polo shirt any more, traded it in fetching cerise satin number:PDT_Xtremez_42:

Publicity photos were taken today at the home of the AMM, keep your eyes on the Shropshire Star over the next few days. The impending slabbing means I'm going to have to delay getting my new trainers. Got to sort out the costumes now, that should be fun.:PDT_Xtremez_14:

FLT,

I'll be sending a donation as soon as I've sorted a few financial things out.

I'm gutted to hear about your wife succumbing so young to this horrible disease.

The fight against cancer got even more personal today. My cousin Bridget passed away this morning after a seven year long battle with very aggressive cancers.

Wish you all the best mate.

Sorry to hear that TW. Reading the link it sounds like she was a brave woman who has helped a lot of people by raising money and awareness and also trialing different drugs.

My thoughts are with you and her family.

Sorry to hear about that dude, I know just how you must be feeling. From diagnosis to passing we had just 3 months, it was a silent and sneaky rare form which chemo didn't even touch. It had been festering in the background for years and only exposed itself as what was described as back/side pain. It didn't help that her GP at the time just dismissed things as a back strain and didn't even bother to examine her properly, by the time a different GP acted the tumour was 16 x 23 cm and things were very advanced.

Ladies and gents, with just 7 days to go till humilitation and indecent exposure, possibly, I thought it would be a good time to bring this back into the public domain. For those that have donated so far I say a big thank you, now if the rest of you have the chance and will to be so kind as the others I promise to be nice to all trades for at least a week, i would go for two but that may be pushing it.
