I deleted Moggy's account for the following reasons:

He had recently used a signature block that contained what was perceived by our legal advisor (Yes we do have a professional one) to be an offensive interpretation of a commercial advertisement. He was asked to remove or even edit the signature block but refused. It was intepreted that if it wasn't removed then e-goat itself was at risk. At that point one of the Moderators did a hard delete of his signature block. Moggy then took offence at this and made repeated requests for his account to be deleted. When he started to suggest that my signature block was offensive I answered his request and deleted his account - end of - his request not a decision taken by the moderators.

Apparently he is active on arrse for those who want to keep in touch with him.
