Maybe you're better off not getting a job with a company that insists on having a copy of this years SJAR, let's face it, most of it is meaningless to a civvy anyway.
 
cheers harry, i understand it a bit more, my boss isn't the kinda person i can go tak to about it but i do know someone who i can go to, i thought the complaint route was the only route available to me. The job i went for is with another government agency and they rely heavily on ex military that's why these are important
