What I'm talking about is get fcuking involved instead of bleating about how sh1t the system is. Engage with your ROs, ensure they are aware of what you have done and HOW you have done it. Or, just bleat on here and hope for a decent report............. Good people are still getting promoted whilst you are whinging about how rubbish the system is and how poor your ROs are. Trust me, fcuk all will happen just because you have posted on the goat - other than making you feel a wee bit better about yourself for having a good moan, perhaps spend a bit of time actually doing something about your report, your promotion prospects and your career. Willis!!

Thanks for that, I am involved, that is why I am posting on here! I have also submitted 2 service complaints, the first at the start of Dec 10, neither have had closure yet! I have been involved to much; due to the fact, it was affecting my mood at home. Your attitude says it all.

Before you lecture me, please do your homework before you open your font of knowledge, it seems the wishing well is dry.

You would need to show that you had been disadvantaged - that would be difficult as every person in that position is treated in the same manner.

Smeddley, best advice I could give you is go see P1 and make sure anything that is going to influence your opinion and as such subsequent actions; ensure you have an audit trail of correspondence and advice given.
