How many people out there are downgraded and how many people have no intentions of putting the physical effort in to pass a simple fitness test. And these are the sort of people who get picked up before the people that try hard. There are to many good stackers leaving the RAF because there are to many mongs spoiling our trade!!!!!!

I am currently downgraded due to injuries picked up in 23 years of service, I challenge you to get rid of me before I am ready, get some time in do some tours(and yes I am the new BMB and have plenty of tin to prove it.) I am currently in a job that can be done sucesfully by some one who is biffed thus freeing up one of you young heros to go to the Stan. Give it my regards I miss it loads.
