Well where do you want it? Where we had it last time was good because we had the whole place to ourselves and that allowed us to get away with stuff that we wouldn't get away with anywhere out in town....isn't that right Fomz mate :) Oh, and Sausage2 too.

What format would you like as well? Do we go for a fee to cover costs and then bang everything else behind the bar like last time or what?

If we do go for the same venue then can I ask for some volunteers from Lyneham to give us a hand sorting stuff out?

For those that didn't know we had it near Lyneham last time in an exclusive venue out of harms way :)
 
Lyneham is fine by me. Format is pretty much up to you wobbly you have to organise it, just let us know what dosh you need x
 
I am only an hour away from Lyneham so if you needed any assistance with the organisation then would be willing to help out .
 
Same venue as before because as you said, its out of the way of everyone else so we dont need to worry about noise and dirty old buggers like fomz and sausage 2. The cost covering fees certainly seemed to work well last time and should work again providing that people who say they are coming actually come!

There is no point in 50 people saying ''im in'', wobbly booking a place and paying out of his own pocket to secure it and then only 20 actually pay and turn up.
 
Is there anywhere I can pitch me tent!!.......though I do recall passing the night without a tent in a field somewhere between Lyneham and W'Bassett on at least one occasion!................and I am off that weekend..
 
Further to last - if Lyneham - unfortunately won't be able to travel down at that time.

yep thats what i intend to do myself and maybe a comfy bed will be more appealing.

Ofcourse if there are enough people going, we could block book some BnB or small guest house and get a discount?
 
Lets have another democratic debate on where to hold it then decide on Lyneham. Very unpredictable.
