I dunno Firestorm, maybe because the Tabloid Press' don't bother keeping to reality when reporting the goings on at football clubs and Newcastle haven't hounded out a manager since Souness. Or do they always tell the truth and you firemen all have two jobs and are just whinging about being asked to join working conditions fit for workers in the 21st Century ::P:

Wow, i didn't go fishing but I caught a whopper!:PDT_Xtremez_09:

So your lot don't hound out managers? Next you'll be telling me it doesn't get dark at night.:PDT_Xtremez_06:

So my statement implies the Fans hounded out Souness, and yet you accuse me of trying to deny the fans hounding out a manger. That is why I accused you of being unable to read. Stick to fiddling with hoses.

Your statement says, "and Newcastle haven't hounded out a manager since Souness." Are you being ironic? As it doesn't show in your text.
Newcastle hound out managers, thats what they do.
What you implied and what you wrote are 2 separate things. Are you as confused as your "mighty" club?

Jesus you are a sharp one aren't you? You inhaled a bit too much carbon monoxide when out on a job and diminished your already limited brain capacity further?

You said that "You'll be telling me Newcastle don't hound out managers next" so I pointed you in the direction of the place where I conceded that Newcastle in the past have hounded out managers. Despite this very obvious concession, I even quoted it for you, you still keep having a go trying to say I've denied this. Hence my assumption that you cannot read.

Seriously why the interest in my "Little Club", why not look a bit closer to home for a potential disaster area, the red part of your "City of Culture" is seriously close to becoming the next leeds, thanks to its American Saviours. With any luck they can financially implode soon and the whole of Liverpool can start its favorite hobby MOURNING and I can go back to not having to read muppets talk about my team.

For your information Souness and Gullit are the only managers which the fans have played a part in getting rid of during the past 15 years or so. Keegan walked due to Club becoming a PLC, Dalglish's sacking was all Fat Freddy Shepherd, very little fan pressure at that point. Bobby Robson was undermined by the public statement by, yes you've guessed it, Freddy Shepherd stating that his contract wouldn't be renewed. His players such as Dyer, Bellamy and Bowyer bless them did the rest. Glenn Roeder resigned due to being sold down the river by yet again, Freddy Shepherd, by being totally unsupported in the transfer market. And the Hounding out which i'm sure you're alluding too would be Fat Sam, who was sacked because of poor results and not being the new owners appointment. He was still being supported and sang off the pitch during his last game in charge, hardly hounded out is it?

It would be true to say many Newcastle fans myself included were not sorry to see him go but that desn't constitute hounding him out.

By all means believe everything written about Newcastle spewed from the highly reliable source, that is the gutter press. But then don't get all worked up when non-firemen use the same source for all their information, next time your "Profession" decides to go on strike.

There I was thinking I'd opened a thread about Leeds...only to find a slanging match in Geordie land!:raf:

Wow another whopper of a bite. Just imagine if I'd have tried fishing.
My interest in your club is just a passing glance at a club so ill at ease with itself that it continues to implode with the unrealistic expectations of its zealous fans.
All I did was to make a passing remark about the geordie obsession with short term fixes. Win 2 games? We'll win the league! Lose 2 games? Sack the manager/board/groundsman (delete as applicable). Maybe it would help if you posted your witticisms with a sardonic slant in future? Then maybe mere plebeians like myself would understand the great geordie humour?
The thread had a passing remark about Newcastle, if anyone wishes to post about Liverpoo and their current troubles I'll be happy to add my 2 penny worth.
If you want to carry on the pretense that the barmy toon army don't play a massive role in the managerial merry-go-round that is your club then fine, carry on. Just don't rip teddies head off when someone laughs at your obsession with self harm.

Off Topic Yerjokinarnyer. The Shamster was reviled by large sections of the Jawdees and was given loads of grief - much to the amusement of Teesside. You just needed to listen to the '3 Leg ends' on Century Radio to understand the dislike of the slobbering buffoon. They were queuing up to give him grief. Whilst there weren't massed demonstrations to sack the fat (unt the amount of abuse directed towards him, added to the poor results, made the cockney owner's job of handing him his P45 so much easier.Off Topic

That bongy-eyed cockney dwarf is lining himself up for the manager's job when, not if, Keegan does a runner.

Hey Ghandi,

You reckon you'll get Henry?

Give it up for the Premier League comedy club. :PDT_Xtremez_35:

Well well what a suprise, Firestorm continues to re-enforce the recently voted fact that Everton fans are the most boring in the premiership. If you are genuinely interested in Newcastle as you must be with your constant commenting on us, then listen to the whole BBC interview, then you'd know that signing Henry was never mentioned.

Who voted? Exiting Jawdees?
I'm happy with being boring and doing well. You can be as exiting as you like in mid table mediocrity?
Interested? Yeh, I suppose I am, as the same way people are fascinated by watching car crashes. Your lot are just so entertaining to watch (the fans that is, your team is a bit dull).
How dare I comment on a thread!:PDT_Xtremez_06:

Don't make me listen to "King Kev" pleeeeese.

"I won't love it!":PDT_Xtremez_42:
