update on training diary

update on training diary

Here is the latest update to my training diary. Don’t know how well I am going to be able to keep up the training soon due to the accommodation move and the lack of equipment for the vast number of people. I will try my best to keep it going as it has gone really well so far. Anyway less of the moaning and here it is.

Really disjointed week this week with being on nights and I had to attend a welfare meeting but I did my best.

20/03/09 (day off today)

21/03/09 Bike 45 min – 23.37km – 489 cal
Row 15 min – 3357m – 200 cal
Sit-ups x 120
Tricep dips x 120
Press ups (osprey) x 55

22/03/09 Bike 30 min – 15.81km – 343 cal
X-train 30 min – 5.88km – 400 cal

23/03/09 (day off had to attend welfare meeting for a new dartboard)

The flys in the gym are really starting to get bad now if you stop you get covered in them. Plus you look mental flailing around to get rid of them while exercising.

24/03/09 Bike 45 min – 22.85km – 474 cal
Row 15 min – 3274m – 190 cal
Sit-ups x 120
Tricep dips x 120
Press ups (osprey) x 55

Another increase in the press ups today added another 5

25/03/09 Bike 30 min – 15.70 km – 340 cal
X-Train 30 min – 5.85 km – 400 cal
Press ups (osprey) x 60

26/03/09 (Night shifts are starting to take their toll my body was telling me to stay in bed so I thought I would obey, felt much better for it.)

Increased the number of sit ups and dips today by 10 each

27/03/09 Bike 45 min – 23.03 km – 481 cal
Row 15 min – 3317 m – 195 cal
Sit-ups x 130
Tricep dips x 130

28/03/09 Bike 30 min – 16.23 km – 370 cal
X-Train 30 min – 6 km – 397 cal
Press ups (osprey) x 60

That’s it for now I will not be training on the 30th & 31st due to the laundry contract changing and basically there wont be any on those 2 days so rather than have stinking clothes lingering about I will leave it until it is up and running again which should be 1st april. Oh yeah if you were wondering osprey body armour weighs 11kg

Training Diary Update

Training Diary Update

Hello again

i have now moved accomodation and i am managing to keep up with the training, just as well due to the americans taking over providing the food so i need to keep going to keep the weight down. So here is what i have been doing. We are also only allowed to use a piece of cardio equipment for 30 min at a time.

First day in new accomodation so just had a recce session in the gym. I have increased the level on the bike.

29/03/09

Bike 30 Min - 13.6km - Cal ? (machine got rid of it before i could write it down, it was an ancient bike though. )
Tricep Dips x 130

30th & 31/03/09

Days off due to laundry contract changing didn't want sweaty clothes lingering in the tent.

Back into it full steam. Kept to increased level on the bike and increased the number of press ups aswell. New bike works in miles now not kilometers

01/04/09

Bike 30 Min - 10.53 Miles - 392 Cal
Row 5000m - 21.56 Min - 302 Cal
Sit ups x 130
Press ups (osprey) x 65
Tricep Dips x 130

02/04/09

Bike 30 Min - 10.10 Miles - 370 Cal
X-Train 30 Min - 6.65 Km - 439 Cal

Today i decided to increase the number of Dips and Situps.

03/04/09

Bike 30 Min - 10.16 Miles - 369 Cal
Row 5000 m - 22.04 Min - 301 Cal
Sit ups x 140
Press ups (osprey) x 65
Tricep Dips x 140

04/04/09

Bike 30 Min - 10.24 Miles - 379 Cal
X-Train 30 Min - 6.20 Km - 450 Cal

05/04/09

Day off today. I have decided to have a day off every 5 days as opposed to every 6 due to the food being rubbish and not eating vast quantities of it. I am finding it tiring to do more than that but must press on.

Thats it for now i will post again next week.

On another note we are now upto :PDT_Xtremez_26: £580 :PDT_Xtremez_26:
