Any one fancy a new no fly zone det to Aki?

BBC saying if the UN vote yes to the no fly zone over Lybia (in the next hr or so) then RAF Jets could be in action over the contry tomorrow!!!!!!

I know were good but unless theres a hidden sqn or two out there then I very much doubt it!!!!!

SDSR (didnt see this comming did yah!)

Libya, Is it time to break the duck?

Libya, Is it time to break the duck?

Now then. If the UN vote for violence to support the rebels, Is the jolly old RAF going to break it's duck and shoot something down in anger. Damned crafty of the bosses to get the Navy out of the fixed wing aviation business.

Or is the glory going to go to the Frogs and the Saudi's? Uncle Sam seems to be taking a backseat this time.

Ditto.

This is more about Cameron needing a fight so he can be remembered like Maggie, Major, Blair & Brown.

I want no part of that smarmy fcker's legacy.

Deci would be closer........................ Time for some additions to the wall. :PDT_Xtremez_14:

What the hell could we use to break the duck!!!!! 111Sqn's got one last week I suppose, we may also have a few tranche 1 Typhoons spare !!!!

ahhh another Op from Gioia.....I can hear The Grand Hotel D'Aragona calling now...............

Or the Svevo. Me and another had a lovely apartment for the duration of the det.

Anyone there in '98 - '99 when the pay phone in the admin block went t!ts up and you could call home for as long as you wanted for free? (it took about 2 - 3 months before that fault was reported and fixed!)

Nice

Nice

Both of those hotels were much nicer than the Clio.

After a few years of Army this and Army that, Cameron is about to find out how a few well equiped and capable aircraft can boost his international image without the constant news stories of blown up servicemen all over the papers and news.

I'm sure there'll be a protest next week against it though through the streets of London town.
