A couple of photos from a decent mountain site none of this girlie name or south east england stuff 
The Bottom pic was the view i had the the morning i heard my grandma had passed away very bitter sweet memories
and the small one is me trying to chat up the local Birds even got her crab for lunch

More than you might think TSR2 is a pet topic of mine. Another in house project scuppered by the Labour party. We never did buy F111's.

I remember seeing a TV interview with Denis Healy, in which he could not /would not identify just WHO pulled the plug on TSR2.

Same here mate - every time I go to Cosford and see one of the two remaining prototypes my anger rises....to think that they cancelled it because it was too expensive (yet strangely cheaper than tornado) and that it would never be needed.
I read a book that suggested that if it had gone into service then you could have based a couple at Port Stanley and they would have deterred the Argies from invading.....

Thought i'd add some of my own.
The First one is from one of our many outings when i was in the Camera Bay at RIC(NI)
The next three were at TIW Det Kandahar in 2005
The last two were from when TIW went up to CQWI in 2006

Your right in one repect FOMz neither are RAF though they are both Omani AF aircraft.
