Take it from me be smart be safe.,, what the fnuk are you doing being nucassels manager then..!!!!

I think Newcastle are making a mistake by appointing Keegan; the guy's been out of football for 3 years FFS. This is a decision to appease the fans after No1 choice Harry Redknapp turned them down and is a decision by a Chairman who has let his heart rule his head. Keegan himself obviously fancies a final stab at management although I can't think he would have taken any other job (excluding Liverpool which never would have been offerred).

Maybe he's been brought in to mentor Shearer which would be another popular choice for the fans but I think someone with more recent managerial experience should have been brought in for the good of the club and Shearer should have done his apprenticeship with a lesser club. I'm sure Mr Flip-Flop will have his say but as an outsider, I think they have made a mistake from a footballing perspective.

just seen the interview with Shearer on the half time break of Match of the Day, says ultimately he'd love to manage his hometown club but says they called
him last week to tell him he wasnt in the running cos he hasnt got any experience...

so thats him as Keegans No2 then

The Toon army blunder from one mistake to another.
They're an entertaining team for all the wrong reasons.:PDT_Xtremez_35:
