Right, top poop gen! Cpls/Sgts awarded higher pay band. FS staying put and WO's dropping down to the lower pay band.

Hopefully this will encourage the crustys who have been festering in their offices for the past century to PVR and free up some promotion slots for us young thrusters.

Of course they dont deserve it. Along with the shineys, where are their airworthyness responsibilities when they sign paperwork????

Just to jump the gun a little, do we jump staright across to the higher level on the same level or do we jump acorss to the nearest payscale? It could be a few quid difference....

I tell you what; you do have a lot of time on your hands don’t you, thought you ‘techie’ types were rushed off your feet signing for aircraft… important paperwork… blah blah? Have you really got nothing better to do than check posts for grammar/spelling etc? Maybe there should be an in-depth look into whether or not YOU actually deserve the pay you get, never mind what is happening in the Supply Trade…

If that was the case and you were genuinely congratulating us, why the comment at the beginning, it was that that I responded to?

So why don’t you try and remove yourself from your own ar5e?

Oh, and I am sure your fellow ‘techies’ will be pleased to hear that you are a 'proper' techie, does that suggest they are not?

Being opposed to the decision does not preclude me from congratulating those who will receive higher pay. And vice versa.

I believe he was referring to the fact that he is a member of TG3 (that was) now TG4 & not TG1

btw: I have no axe to grind, so well done (if true) to all stackers (well the ones who actually will qualify for the higher pay banding)
