This thread is starting to get boring now. Let's face it, the techies have got the hump as they think they should be paid more than us shineys due to the responsibilities inherent in their trade but this topic raises itself all the time, whether it be in respect of chefs, RAFP, PTIs....whoever. At the end of the day, the decision has (allegedly) been taken and if this is indeed the case then there is nothing that any of us can do about it so get over it
