firstly, if you have decent w.o. then go straight to him and see what he can do. I have and i am starting to move from the worst camp in the raf!! Not Marham but somewhere with tornado's ish?!?!?!?!?
Or try phoning the unit you want to go to and see if anyone wants an exchange, if so the two w.o's from each unit can speak to pma and you will be posted, not exchanged as you can't do this any more (i believe)

Mate if you want to exchange you just find someone to exchange with and you both fill in the exchange posting form!

Simples no need to bother the WO.

I don't think that you can do that any more, i may stand corrected but i'm sure its all going through pma?

I get the picture he's more on about those who do the basics to earn their wings, then continue to wear them after expiry (2 years isn't it) without making another jump, never mind on ops (I think we all know 1).

You can wear the wings forever , you only get paid for them when you are in date or in a slot that is scaled.
