I was L Tech TC DTC44.
TCW 11 12 81SUs and JCUFI. I left back on the last free cash and run. Believe me when you get out, the training you got takes you places and gets you good jobs.

My RAF training along with civilian pre employment course got me a Bachelor's Degree certificate when I moved to the States. Try the phone companies when you get out, I went straight to Vodafone which was more like the military than the RAF ever was!


A degree just for showing them your F4820 and your vodafone ID?
Sounds like the degrees I get offered in my email, did they give you a penis enlargement too?

Just a bit about me:

1990 Swinderby for the 6 weeks holiday and labotomy.
Then on to Locking to become a Jafad, even passed the SSR 750 first time....
1991 -1992 Some t**t posted me to Leuchars on GRF.. (Did I mention I was an AD?)
1992 - 1994 Saxa Vord - Beer, wind, rain, hail, snow......loved it!!
1994 - 1995 Spadeadam - More beer, worked at GMW on MUTES, really enjoyed Spade, however......some t**t posted me.....
1995 - 1999 Brize Norton - TCW, mobile watchman, and beer........

Currently working for BAE Systems in Oman.:PDT_Xtremez_35:

Yeah...I remember you 1992 - 1993 ---- 12 months at Scampton 'Daily sachets of Resolve' before it died the 1st time...drunk off my a** too!!

DAD 85 (DAD 86) May 85 - Dec 86.

Assimulated to Eng Tech EL Oct 94 and got a TC posting to Cyprus:PDT_Xtremez_26:

Handed my notice in and then decided to Assimulate to TG4 just to get a week on the **** at Cosford and see some old mates!

Had a good 22 years but things are better now!

Newbie to the goat here, so I will add myself to this little TG3 love-in !

Started as an El Mech (T). Fitters course saw me become an Eng Tech El. Then assimilated to CIS Tech, which quickly became ICT Tech. Who knows what we will be called next week :PDT_Xtremez_42:
