OK, churlish not too - but only because I know what it's like now.

I wish you well and don't skimp on the liquids.

Thanks Stevienics. Muchly appreciated!

Little bump for the rest of you......

One teeny tiny little pound.... RAFB80 £1 to 70070

RAF Bird,

I've bumped this onto my Face tube page thingy... hopefully you'll get a few more from that!:PDT_Xtremez_30:

Don't forget to post your finishing time on here... If you beat my last time, I might be forced into doing another! :PDT_Xtremez_42:

Good luck and go for it RAF Bird:PDT_Xtremez_30:. The thought of Harry having to pound the pavements again is far to chuckle worthy to miss out on:PDT_Xtremez_14:.

ahh sadly I've been sick for the last 2 weeks with a chest infection which means I will be alot slower than I was hoping for. I was originally hoping for about 1.45 - 1.50 max but I think it'll be closer to 2 hours now. I ran 5 and a half miles today and was about 45 seconds a mile slower. :(

The important thing is that I am doing it and at the minute am so proud to say there is £800 in the pot for VA (nearly £1000 with gift aid) How amazing is that? I'm so grateful to everyone who has dug deep so far..... I urge those of you that haven't to pledge your pound (or what you can afford). It really does make a difference. :)

Reading, Sunday: 11 degrees, dry, partly cloudy and a 5 knot wind from the NNE.

U 'ad it lucky.

Get me involved mate... I'll do it with you.

No thanks... I'm a married man! :PDT_Xtremez_15:

I'm up for a marathon next year! :)

I don't think I'm up for a marathon just yet. I've done pretty much nowt since my last exertion (which for those not paying attention was August last year:PDT_Xtremez_42:)... although I'm tempted to do another half marathon... if only to beat your time! ::P:
