Apparently they have had to recheck before releasing as 1 to 25 are all at 90SU!

Surely if 25 from 90 then they are more deserved due to the nature of the job and the management experience that it brings. Simple, if you want promoting, get to Leeming and do your bit!

I know a few guys who have been promoted from Cosford because the were the better JNCO's, it can be done, there is no conspiracy!
