Banned Substances etc.....?

  • Following weeks of work, the E-GOAT team are delighted to present to you a new look to the forums with plenty of new features. Take a look around and see what you think!
Looks like that idiot of WO is making it up as he's going on then....Do you still have that bl00dy vids playing?

Mr SCJ

The funny thing was, he told us to follow the card faithfully and then in the next breath told us to ask about supplements...which isn't on the card. I pointed this out to him which he said was a good point well presented...and to ask the question. I think he was artillery..nuff said. There were no vids playing at the ABW CDT.

Ah...Looks like you had the Army team down there then not the RAF.....If so, that explains it.

Mr SCJ

surely the big thing is if your not sure if you should be taking it don't take it, it's not like its a life saving drug its simply to let you do a bit more work in the gym.

That's a ridiculous viewpoint. If they are legal then what's the problem?

You might not use them but plenty of people do and would like to know officially where they stand. I've tried asking med centre, P1 and PTI's. They haven't a clue (shockingly)

P1 and the Mirror Techs won't be able to tell you......because they don't know. The safest thing to do is like I have already said is if you are going to take supps buy them from a recognised supplier (and not from some dodgy web site).

Mr SCJ

I heard that the gay sounding buffoon was off to Mod De&S Iss Corsham. Maybe they got wind he was coming and f***ed him off and gave the job to someone who could do it without a bulling attitude and the stamping of feet temper tantrums if he didn’t get his own way.
He was deploying an Army trick that’s used to scare people into weeing, but here are other ways to get the job done though.

Trust me I know.....and I'll say no more.

Mr SCJ

He's the only one from the team that I've genuinely thought was no good. I have been called upon to do the pee watching a few times since I've been here and that was the first time I've met him. The team prior to that were always professional and had the job completed with no drama. I'm sure he's a lovely bloke - just maybe not to head up the CDT.

So is alcohol, but if you drive having consumed enough of it and get caught the argument that it's legal won't hold up very well.
The actual supplements may be legal for sale and use, but some of the contents might well be on the list of substances the CDT Team look for - and the manufacturers may well change the contents without warning, which would invalidate anything the Mirror Techs, CDT or Medics know about them. For example, look at some athletes that use some legal medicines that actually contain substances that give them a positive drug test which end up with them being stripped of their result or banned.

The following din says it all DIN 2012DIN01-124
"Tests have shown that eating a healthy diet and even rations on ops do not need additional supplements"
Sniffing glue and solvents isn't illegal but isn't allowed in the millitary.

Take normal food, dehydrate and powder it, shove it into a catering sized jar with "Essence of Mastodon Dick" on the side, and these guys will guzzle it down.

Like it.:PDT_Xtremez_30: There is no need to take these substances, especially given that the mirror techs have no idea about them. Simple (how difficult is it to understand), don't take them.

Can't see the fuss myself, if people want to use legal supps then crack on. Most of them end up sh1tting out the excess protein anyways....

Sorry americanism - been listening to too many podcasts - you know what i mean though. Cardio and weights sessions are improved

He He, no mate. The implication that I know what a gym looked like.

Low boredom threshold - swim and run only. I might try it out of curiosity and see what that big muddy hill feels like, because right now I hate it and everything about it.

No Xplode can cause an unsafe rise in blood pressure. No Xplode is a nitric oxide supplement. Nitric oxide naturally promotes blood circulation throughout the body to increase blood flow within the muscle. The rise in blood circulation will increase a blood pressure. High blood pressure can lead to very serious health conditions. Heart attacks, strokes, and aneurysms can all be associated with high blood pressure. According to the Mayo Clinic, " The excessive pressure on your artery walls caused by high blood pressure can damage your blood vessels, as well as organs in your body. The higher your blood pressure and the longer it goes uncontrolled, the greater the damage."

Wow can't wait to try that!!!
I'll just stick to a standard workout with a decent diet thanks! :PDT_Xtremez_14:

Here's a picture I took the other day, hope this helps clear up anything regarding what you can and can't take. If not there is a referance to the JSP, I don't know how to find or link the JSP though

I have no idea what Jack 3d looks like, nevermind what it does.

I would however not be suprised if the CDT team was to pitch up at Cosford at 08:00 12th October 2012.

You need to experience this, it's a little like the hulk, one moment you're normal and next you're incredible lol.
