Even with a board as potentially big as this one it's still a lottery. Let's just hope some good guys numbers come up!

I've got fingers, toes, arms, legs, and even testicles crossed. Not sure it's doing me any good to be honest!

Do they not try to give the board at least twice the amount required? i.e. 50 required then you get 100 A grades. If you're not in that top 100 but were promotable you become a B grade.

I'm running out of boards to pick my 3rd up this is my penultimate chance so just trying to chill but inside I'm nervous as hell!

That normally happens on the Sgt-FS boards.

Might as well do away with the pre-board process if the president is only going to read the people he knows.

Came from a very reliable source who has access via back door so to speak.

The board finished yesterday, it's not been ratified yet but if you have someone in the know you can find out where the board ranked you.
