Have you got your line management to contact the desk to check it out DaveDaveDave ?? Seems a bit suspitious does that... I know they don't follow the list religiously as they have to cater for service need, experience, suitability for the job etc. but thats quite a big gap ........ Congrats toad (have you accepted by the way?)

That's terrible, how can nearly 30 people get ahead of you in the posting order???

Very strange time for the trade right now with new jobs coming in and DII(F) changing a lot of roles.

Still very unusual to be that far down the list and be side stepped on the PSL. hmmmm.
 
Latest update on manning web site is "numbers selected for 6 months 65, promtoon prediction for reminder is 10 so total promotion prediction is 75". Make of that what you will!!

18 years service here, 7 years as Cpl, STILL NOT GOT IT, and i was apparently in that 102 group, but not the 70odd they dropped it to.

^^ Sounds familiar Sparks,

I am 19 years in march and Cpl for 9. Was at 116 on the last PSL so hoping for a few turndowns.. Looks like I need about 70 - 90 turndowns now LOL.

Oh well... wonder what the quota will be for the next PSL in June / July.... (About 40 I Bet!)

we are all in the same boat Spammy, alot of us with that amount of time served, i fear have missed the boat........I'm NOT bitter, honest lol
 
I guess so RS2K... I have a sneaking suspiscion you went through Locking at the same time as me on your TCO Course and married a Lovely Lassy who went through Swinderbutlins with me too.....

LOL! If thats who I think it is it explains why you were useless on the T101 course then ;-)
 
Due to the fact that I cannot read, I posted this on the wrong thread earlier today, sorry. Just for those that are interested, was told today by the drafter that this years promotions (10/11) are now closed. Apparently, they reached no.80.

Which MTC course were you on?

i was on the last one - 55

And yes, i agree Mechs do make the best Techs.
