I was being polite and I haven't threaten to Kill Him (Yet), so whats up. the subject matter is really contained in every post, We (meaning the workers) Hate this crap idea of TG4, and long for some blo%^y stability and continuity within the RAF. It Ain't happening.

As you might have noticed this is already getting heated through the various trades aswell, look at the war of words as an indication that none of us wanted this to happen

I suggest that we keep up this hostile attitued other wise we will all end up like the pink and fluffy Techie Scum, who don't want to work or their nails might get broken AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I wanted it to happen, when I (finally) get my 'humiliation' course I move up to high pay band. About feckin time if you ask me!!!!! The amount of techies I've had to look after and nurse through detachments is unbelievable!!!

Agreed, but if they haven't had mixed all the personnel up you would stil be on the low payband, why not pay everyone the same wage, makes it all fare? why aren't the whole of TG4 Including the SAC's on the high band? Because apperntly we are all going to be TECHIE related?

well wing boy how can you say that you have nursed loads of technicians through excercises when i have had to nurse you (and your temper lol) through a few myself (and im a techy).
As for hu,iliation training and going on the high pay band - your trade has not earned nor proven deserving of the high pay band and pushing paper, answering faxes and wiping officers noses does not entitle you to it (although you could go down the pay per hour road and get some good money for all the child care you do)

Lets put a few misconceptions to bed here - The SAC Op Maintainers will not be getting high payband. However, if they complete the neccessary course they will become SAC Techs and then go up the Tech side of TG4. Thus going onto the high payband. Should they fail or not get the courses and get promoted to the lofty heights of CPL they will go up the IM side of TG4 and only then will they get high pay. No ex TG11 personnel will be going up the CIS Tech route, all will be going up the IM route.
 
TCC couldnt control their arse, let alone some techs. I feel disgraced

I must agree, I cannot control my arse at times, specially when ive been out and had a curry followed by beer with the lads and then a kebab on the way home. As for the techs, well they are no better, seen one REALLY lose control of his arse during a night on the ****...
