You need an airspace login and its under documents in the redundancy section. We dont post links or copy and pastes on here sorry.
 
If your on DII then go to the redundancy tab on the RAF Manning page. The tranche 2 din is there.

75 AV cpl's, I missed out last time because I was OOA when the letter got to my Wing Commander, feeling I'm off this time :)
