I'm very suprised about that mate, I thought TG4 would have been hit since the trade is undergoing a massive change in the next couple of years with the majority of C4I going civi, also I dont think you can apply if your not in the field.

I thought that too. However, with less recruits to beast I guess it makes sense to have less mirror techs.
